1. Assistant uses saved workspace details
Assistant can use existing records such as Profile, Staff Roles, officer assignments, completed Actions, approved Documents, Vendors, and training history.
This makes guidance more useful without asking users to maintain a separate broad questionnaire. The more complete the workspace becomes, the more helpful the Assistant can be.
2. Do not enter PHI
Assistant is for product help, readiness organization, and practical next-step guidance. It should not receive patient information or other PHI.
HIPAAList keeps the no-PHI reminder separate from the auditable legal acknowledgement so the chat stays easy to use while the guardrail remains visible.
