1. Add people before you need to send anything
Staff records can be added before the person is invited. That lets the organization build the roster, assign Staff Roles, and prepare document acknowledgements or training sends before access is needed.
When someone is invited, HIPAAList tracks invitation state and keeps follow-up visible from the roster, which makes staff administration feel more predictable.
2. Use Staff Roles for targeting and context
Staff Roles come from Organization Profile, then attach to individual staff records. Those labels can help with document acknowledgements, training targeting, and organization context.
Officer badges appear on staff detail pages when a person is assigned as Privacy Officer or Security Officer from Profile.
